Make the size compost bin you need for less than $20!

Project materials: air tight plastic bin, spray paint for plastic, permanent marker, cardboard
Choose an air tight bin that is the shape and size that you need and choose a paint color that is made to cover plastic. Take the top off your container and place the bin it upside down on some cardboard. I found it easy to spray one side at a time, with a very light coat, and let dry.
Spray another light second coat, let dry, then determine if you need a third coat. Once dry, use a permanent marker to draw "compost" on your bin...be creative!
